PRINCE2 was used throughout together with Earned Value Analysis and Project Cost Estimation using COCOMO II and PertValue modelling.
Global management of 12 geoscientists with Oracle DB expertise and proprietary modeling software to derive a 3D map of drill points and associated mineral criteria covering grade, XY co-ordinates, extrapolated volume etc. This international engagement involved a range of strategic projects in the mining and mineral resources sector involving corporate relationships with Rio-Tinto, CVRD, Anglo Coal, Dundee Precious Metals etc.
